Roubion - Nice - 100K

Roubion is a village on a cliff at the southern edge of the Mercantour National Park. After the first kilometres on the Vignols track, the course follows the ridges between the Tinée and Vésubie valleys, with the Alps and the main Mercantour peaks in view. After the “4 mounts” it turns south towards the Mediterranean, follows the coast and finishes on the Promenade des Anglais.

A ridge line between two valleys is a long way from any road a supporter could stand on.
