Corrida de Houilles, live.

The year end road 10 km west of Paris

The Corrida de Houilles is a road race held every year at the end of December in Houilles, 8 km west of Paris, with a 10 km known for fast times.

The 54th edition is on Sunday 27 December 2026. First held in 1972 and inspired by the famous corrida of São Paulo, the race is organised by volunteers. In 2018 Julien Wanders set a French and European 10 km record there in 27:25, and in 2019 Liv Westphal ran a French record of 31:13.

The programme runs through the afternoon. The children's races start around the Parc Charles de Gaulle from 13:00, the 5 km starts at 14:00, La Populaire 10 km at 15:15 and La Course des As, the elite 10 km, at 17:00. The 10 km course has 32 m of climbing and the 5 km 16 m, both on the roads of Houilles.

La Populaire suits anyone who wants to finish the year with a road 10 km in a friendly crowd, and the 5 km is open from the U16 category. The Course des As is open to all from U18 but is where the fastest athletes race. Entries are online only, close on 13 December 2026 at 23:59, and the organisers note that races regularly fill up.

Bibs are collected at the race village on Saturday 26 December from 10:00 to 18:00 or on race day from 10:00. Houilles is reached by RER A or Transilien lines L and J. The day ends with fireworks at the Parc Charles de Gaulle from 18:00 to 18:30.

On Livebib you can follow a participant who chooses to share their own live position from the phone they carry. This is not the organiser's timing, and the official results come from the organiser.
