Xtrail 25K

The course follows Kenting’s Grand Traverse in reverse. It begins by the sea, runs through dry riverbeds and forest paths, and crosses the Menmaluo grassland, which the organiser nicknames the pathless plain. Then comes the steep climb of Little Jienshih Mountain, and a loop around the sacred mountain of the Skaru people. The race’s own line for it is an invitation to run the hidden paths of Skaru.

With one Running Stone, the 25K is the entry to the UTMB World Series in Kenting, and its seven hours leave room for a walked climb and a careful descent. Aid stations and cutoffs are not listed in the race page text. The organiser publishes time charts and a GPX alongside it.

This page belongs to the 2027 Xtrail 25K. Sunday morning at the resort is busy, with the 10K and the kids’ run starting within the next 90 minutes, so a supporter may be looking after one runner while waiting for another. A shared Livebib link shows where the 25K runner is on the course line, how far they have come and when they are likely to finish, with the estimate updating as they go and any stretch without phone signal carried forward and marked as estimated.
