La Molina Nit Pirineu KV

The Nit Pirineu KV is the only race of the weekend that does not start in Bagà. It begins at the gondola area of the La Molina ski resort and finishes at the Niu de l’Àliga hut at 2,520 metres, after 5 km and 860 metres of ascent. The organiser calls it a sunset vertical race. The start was at 18:30, with the first runner expected at the hut around 19:10, and the race closed at 20:00.

There is no descent on foot: finishers ride the gondola down free of charge to the start area, where the burger party and the prize-giving began at 20:15. Bibs were collected at La Molina between 17:00 and 18:00 on race day, and runners had access to the start from 18:00.

This page covers the 2026 Nit KV. It is a short race, run as the sun goes down, and the start and finish are 860 metres apart in height.
