The shortest race of the weekend runs in South Lantau Country Park. The organiser describes easy village trail paths, a trail ascent to Tai Ngau Wu Peak, Radio Hill, and a short technical descent before the run back to the finish in Mui Wo. The one aid station is Ham Tin, with a cut-off at 13:00 in the time chart.

At 500 m over 15 km and four hours to finish, it is the entry into Lantau trail running: one real climb, one descent to take carefully, and a Sunday-morning start an hour after the 25, from the same village. Families can wait in Mui Wo for both races.
