Meia Maratona Internacional de São Paulo, live.

A January half in the east of São Paulo

The 20th Meia Maratona Internacional de São Paulo is run in January in Itaquera, in the east of the city.

The 20th Meia Maratona Internacional de São Paulo takes place on Sunday 24 January 2027 in Itaquera, in the east of São Paulo. The organiser, Yescom, offers three distances: the half marathon over 21.097 km, a 10K and a 5K.

The arena, start and finish are in the car park of Shopping Metrô Itaquera. The half marathon heads out along Avenida José Pinheiro Borges, comes back past Avenida Radial Leste beside the Arena Corinthians around km 10 and finishes with a loop through the streets near the shopping centre. Wheelchair athletes start at 06:35, the elite at 06:40 and the premium group and general field at 06:45, with the 10K at 06:55 and the 5K at 07:00.

The Corinthians Itaquera station has train, metro and buses right beside the arena, and the organiser says public transport starts at 04:40 on race morning. Kits are collected at the location chosen when you register, either at Shopping Metrô Itaquera or a second site in the south or west of the city, and there is no pick up on race day.

The start comes early on a summer morning and much of the half follows long avenues, and the 5K and 10K give friends and family a way to join in. Supporters can stay at the arena, where every distance starts and finishes.

On Livebib you can follow a participant who chooses to share their own live position from the phone they carry. This is not the organiser's timing, so the dot on the map is only as good as that phone and its signal. Official results and splits come from the organiser.
