Outlaw Nottingham, live.

A fast middle distance at Holme Pierrepont

Outlaw Nottingham is a weekend of triathlon at the National Water Sports Centre in Nottingham on 22 and 23 May 2027, with the Outlaw Nottingham Half on the Sunday.

The Outlaw Nottingham Half is a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bike and a 13.1 mile run, raced as an individual or as a relay of two or three. The Aquabike is the same swim and bike without the run, and both start together at 6am on Sunday 23 May. On Saturday 22 May the Outlaw Sprint is a 750 m swim, 20 km bike and 5 km run, with wave starts at 7:30, 10:00 or 12:30 depending on age group, and the Future Outlaw run is for ages 4 to 15.

The Half swim is an out and back course in the Regatta Lake with a time trial start from the pontoons. The bike heads out on a relatively flat route into the Nottinghamshire countryside and comes back past Holme Pierrepont Hall. The run is three flat laps taking in the River Trent, the White Water Rapids and the Regatta Lake, passing the grandstand twice before the orange carpet finish.

The course suits first timers stepping up to a long day as well as athletes chasing a personal best. The expected overall cut off is 9 hours after your wave start, and individuals must be 18 by 31 December 2027. The Sprint is traffic free inside the grounds of Holme Pierrepont and needs athletes to be 15 by the end of 2027.

Race packs and racking are on Saturday, with no posting and no racking on race morning. Spectators have grandstand seating at the finish and space around the lake, and dogs on a lead are welcome. Parking is booked in advance.

On Livebib you can follow a participant who chooses to share their own live position from the phone they carry on course. That dot on the map is the person's own sharing, not the organiser's timing, and the official results are published by the organiser.
