Dubai T100, live.

Dubai T100 from 13 to 15 November 2026 at Al Mamzar: 100 km triathlon, Olympic and sprint triathlons, with relay options.

Al Mamzar, Dubai · November 13, 2026

A new home at Al Mamzar

The Dubai T100 is a triathlon weekend in Dubai from 13 to 15 November 2026, moving to a new location at Al Mamzar, as part of the T100 Triathlon World Tour.

The event is now established on the tour and returns with the city skyline as its backdrop. The headline race is the 100 km triathlon, a 2 km swim, 80 km on the bike and an 18 km run, the same distance the professionals race at the Dubai T100.

Two shorter triathlons complete the weekend. The Olympic distance covers 1.5 km, 40 km and 10 km and is a natural step towards the full T100 distance. The sprint covers 750 m, 20 km and 5 km and is where many athletes start in the sport. Relay teams can enter the Olympic and sprint triathlons.

Every T100 Triathlon event is a qualifier for the T100 age group world championship finals in Qatar, and the tour is recognised by World Triathlon as the official world championship tour of long distance triathlon. Entries can be refunded at 50 percent up to 90 days before race day and at 25 percent up to 30 days out.

The organiser describes Dubai as a city that is home to more than 200 nationalities, from the banks of the Creek to some of the world's most impressive skyscrapers. Supporters can watch the age group races and the professionals over the same weekend.

On Livebib you can follow a participant who chooses to share their own live position from the phone they carry during the race. That is the athlete's own sharing and not the organiser's timing, and the official results come from the organiser.
