Life Time Austin Rattler MTB, live.

Hill Country singletrack at Reveille Peak Ranch

The Life Time Austin Rattler is a mountain bike race on a 20 mile loop at Reveille Peak Ranch in the Texas Hill Country, and its 60 mile race is a qualifier for the Leadville Trail 100 MTB.

The mountain bike races are on Saturday 14 November 2026 at Reveille Peak Ranch near Burnet, Texas. The weekend has grown to two full days, with the bikes on Saturday, a trail running day on Sunday 15 November and kids' races on Friday 13 November. Riders can enter both the ride and the run.

Everything runs on one 20 mile loop of singletrack and fire road, marked with orange signs, black arrows and orange flagging. The 20 mile race is one lap, the 40 mile race two laps and the 60 mile race three laps. Riders must be at least 12 for the 20 miles, 14 for the 40 miles and 16 for the 60 miles on race day.

The 60 mile race is part of the Leadville Race Series. At least 35 qualifier coins for the Leadville Trail 100 MTB are handed out at the awards, to finishers of the 60 miles who complete it in eight hours or less. Every rider must start the final lap by 12:30pm, and the full course closes at 3:30pm. There is one aid station, at the start and finish, with a neutral bag drop for supplies between laps.

Every lap passes the aid station at the start and finish, so 40 mile riders come through once and 60 mile riders twice, and the weekend at the ranch comes with live music, camping and Texas barbecue.

On Livebib you can follow a rider who chooses to share their own live position from the phone they carry. This is not the organiser's timing, and the official results come from Life Time.
