SKY 18K PROMESAS

The course is the same 18 km and 900 metres as the SKY, starting fifteen minutes earlier and with thirty minutes more on the clock. From the Pla de Beret at 1,845 metres it climbs to Vista Beret at 8 km, passes the Estanh de Baciver and the lakes of Clòt der Os, crosses the Portilhon de Marimanha and reaches the Tuc deth Dossau at 2,522 metres before the descent back to the start.

There are two aid stations, at Vista Beret and Clòt der Os, and no personal assistance. The organiser notes that Clòt der Os can be reached by chairlift, which makes it the natural place for families to wait and cheer. Above it, the route is open high mountain terrain all the way to the summit.

For parents not at Clòt der Os, the young runner’s Livebib link shows the position on the course line, the distance covered and a finish estimate for Pla de Beret that updates as the race goes. It opens in a browser with no account or app, and the runner decides who gets it. If the phone loses signal behind the Dossau, the position is carried along the course and marked as estimated, never shown as measured.
