UTA50

Fifty-one kilometres with 2,400 metres of climbing — effectively the second half of the UTA100, run as its own race and at its own pace. The route works out along the escarpment and down into the Jamison Valley, takes in the Kedumba Pass climb that breaks the hundred-kilometre field every year, and finishes with the same 951 Furber Steps up to Scenic World that everything at this event finishes with.

The limit is fourteen and a half hours, which puts the whole race inside one day and makes it the busiest finish line of the weekend.
