UTA22
Twenty-two kilometres and 1,200 metres of climbing, which on this terrain is a great deal more than the distance suggests. The course drops into the valley, runs the trails under the cliffs, and then climbs the Kedumba and the Furber Steps to the same finish at Scenic World as the hundred-mile race. It is short enough to be run hard from the gun and steep enough to punish anyone who does.
The time limit is seven hours, so the field is home well inside the Friday. This page belongs to the 2027 running of the UTA22, with that year’s start and course. On Livebib, friends and family follow the runner on the real course line with a live position and an arrival estimate for the top of the steps — which is the only way to be standing there when they come up.
