TOR30 - Passage au Malatrà
Starting in Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses near the Great Saint Bernard pass, the race takes runners directly into the rocky gateway of Col Malatrà at 2,925 metres. Passing through the narrow opening in the rock face, competitors are greeted by the vast panorama of Mont Blanc before embarking on the long, sweeping descent through the Val Ferret and down to the celebration in Courmayeur. With a strict 8-hour cutoff, it offers intense racing in high Alpine terrain.
