Two hundred and twenty-five kilometres on the same closed roads as the full 312 — the whole northern loop of the Serra de Tramuntana, the Coll de Femenia, Sa Calobra and the Puig Major tunnel — cutting away the longest section of the western coast before rejoining the route back across the plain to Playa de Muro.

Because the split comes late, plenty of riders start the day intending to do the 312 and take the 225 instead, or the other way round. This page belongs to the 2027 edition of the 225.
