Istria 110K

The second-longest course starts in Buzet and, after its first 20 km, joins the 168K trail and climbs with it to the highest peaks of Istria. The organiser describes the part that leads to Buzet as very rocky and demanding. After that the ground gets easier toward the finish in Umag, on typical Istrian inland trails through forest, valleys and hill towns before the run to the sea.

The race stats give 111 km and 4,200 m of climbing. The course description on the same page gives +4,074 m. It is a UTMB World Series 100K race worth 3 Running Stones, with a maximum time of 28 hours, so a runner starting at 07:00 has until 11:00 on Sunday.
