From one coast of Istria to the other
The 168K crosses the peninsula from Labin to Umag: 168 km, 6,800 m of climb and every kind of Istrian trail in between.
The longest Istria 100 course starts in old Labin on the eastern side of the peninsula, climbs Učka and crosses Ćićarija before descending to Buzet. From there the route threads through the interior and its medieval towns, including Motovun, Grožnjan and Oprtalj, before reaching the western coast and the finish in Umag.
Technical ground, forests, old railway lines, muddy valleys and coastal sections make 168 kilometres feel constantly different. Livebib keeps the scale readable: one map shows the runner’s position, the 6,800 metres of climbing, passed checkpoints and updated estimates for the road to Umag.
