This page is about the 2026 Fiemme Sky Extreme. It crosses ten named peaks. Pizzancae, Pelenzana, Monte Agnello, Monte Cornon and Dos dai Branchi come first, then Cima Valbona at 2,691 m, the highest point, in the Latemar, then Pala di Santa, Corno Bianco and Corno Nero, followed by a 15 km descent to around 900 m and the life base at Varena (km 73). The last third goes into the Lagorai chain, past Val Moena and Malga Lagorai and over Cimon del To della Trappola, before the run back into Cavalese.

The organiser lists 14 refreshment points, the last being the finish: Salime (km 9), Baito La Bassa (km 19 and 23), Passo Feudo (29), Baito Scofa (38), Passo Lavazè (45), Passo Oclini (52 and 64), Varena (73), Ponte Brustolaie (86), Malga Nuova Val Moena (96), Malga Lagorai (103), Dos dei Laresi (110) and Cavalese (120). The time limit is 36 hours, with the last arrival at 17:00 on Sunday 4 October. Bibs are handed out at Palafiemme from 04:00 on race morning, and the mandatory briefing is on Friday at 19:00.

Thirty-six hours means a full night out on the mountain for the back of the field.
