ASML Marathon Eindhoven, live.

A flat October marathon through Eindhoven

The ASML Marathon Eindhoven is a two day road running event on the second weekend of October, with the finish in the city centre.

The 2027 edition is on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 October. The organiser calls it the largest two day sports event in Noord-Brabant, with more than 38,000 runners and over 200,000 spectators, and in recent years the marathon has also hosted the Belgian marathon championship. The 2026 edition was the 42nd, won by Davis Kiplangat in 2:07:43.

The marathon of 42.195 km starts on the Veldmaarschalk Montgomerylaan and finishes on the Vestdijk in the city centre. The course is flat, wide and officially measured, with music and spectators along the way and the loudest crowds from the Mathildelaan onward. In 2026 the marathon started at 10:00 on the Sunday.

The ASML Halve Marathon of 21.1 km uses the same start and finish and passes the Philips Stadion and the Evoluon before the crowds of the centre carry you to the line. In 2026 it started from 11:30. The Kwart Marathon follows a 10.55 km route through the heart of Eindhoven, and the programme also has a 5 km City Run, Kids Runs of 1.5 and 2.5 km, business runs and urban walks.

The organiser speaks of a great many spectators, who cheer the runners on from the Mathildelaan to the finish in the centre, where thousands of fans welcome every finisher as a hero.

On Livebib you can follow a participant who chooses to share their own live position from the phone they carry. This is not the organiser's timing, and the official results come from the ASML Marathon Eindhoven.
