It is the distance for someone who wants to try an ultra on a course where help is never far away: you pass the lap point at Orientalen twice on the way, with food, drink, toilets and your own bag in the tent.

Every lap has the same parts. First narrow trails with stones and roots and the hardest kilometre of the course over bare rock, then gravel road out to the first checkpoint at 5.9 km, with water and sports drink. After that the course runs along the Svartån river toward town and back, with a second staffed checkpoint serving water, and finishes with a steep climb of about 30 metres up under the E18 bridge. Three laps add up to around 330 metres of climbing. The limit is 30 hours, so there is plenty of time even for those who walk the hills.

A first ultra is something the family wants to follow.
