Vuelta a Sevil 48K
The 48 km is a loop from Alquézar in two halves. The first goes over the Collado de San Lucas, down to the Río Vero at the Villacantal bridge and through the Barranco de Lumos near Asque and the Puente del Diablo to Colungo, then back along the Camino Natural del Somontano and the Río Vero walkways to Alquézar. The second heads out by San Pelegrín and the Fuente de la Mentirosa to Viña Paso Cepo, follows the Río Isuala and climbs “El Muro” — 700 metres of ascent in 1.8 km — past the ruins of the Castillo de los Santos to Mesón de Sevil, before returning over the Tozal de los Tiestos and San Lucas.
Light aid stations are at Colungo and Viña; full ones at Alquézar and Mesón de Sevil. The organiser’s route page is titled for 2025 and gives 2,500 m+ in its header. The first finisher was expected around 11:30.
This page covers the 2026 Vuelta a Sevil. Passing through Alquézar at half distance gives family a chance to see the runner in person once. For the rest, a runner who shares the link to their Livebib broadcast lets them follow the position on the course line, the distance covered and a finish estimate that updates as the race goes, marked as estimated.
