Ultra-Trail Guara Somontano 82K

The 82 km opens with a short loop of about a kilometre through Alquézar, then drops to the Río Vero and the walkway route before climbing back to the village. From there it heads out by San Pelegrín, the Fuente de la Mentirosa and Viña Paso Cepo to Mesón de Sevil, follows a long track of about 8 km to Pedro Buil, crosses the Balced ridge and descends “El Canalizo” to Rodellar. A loop from Rodellar runs the bed of the Mascún, past the rock window of the Defín, the Ciudadela formation and the abandoned village of Otín. The return goes by Cheto and the Collado de Las Almunias, climbs “El Muro” to the Castillo de los Santos, and comes home over the Tozal de los Tiestos and the Collado de San Lucas.

Full aid stations are at Alquézar, Mesón de Sevil and Rodellar, which the course passes twice. The organiser expected the first finisher around 11:50.

This page covers the 2026 edition of the 82 km. Gorges are where a phone loses the sky. A runner who shares the link to their Livebib broadcast lets family and friends follow the position on the course line, the distance covered and a finish estimate for Alquézar that updates as the race goes — marked as estimated, and carried forward along the course when the signal drops instead of freezing.
