Forest, hills and a lake at Lida

Toughest Stockholm takes the obstacle race into the nature reserve at Lida Friluftsgård in Tullinge, with the main race on Saturday 5 June 2027 and the Xplore and Family courses on Sunday 6 June.

Lida is a well known outdoor area south of Stockholm, and the organisers describe its varied terrain of forest, hills and lake as ideal for an obstacle race. The course runs through a nature reserve, so participants are asked to stay on the course and leave no litter behind.

The main race is about 8 km with full size obstacles. Add Double Distance and you run two laps, about 16 km in total. On Sunday, Xplore covers 4 km at an easy to medium level and Family is a 2 km course where the obstacles are scaled for children. Every obstacle is optional, so you can walk, rest and choose what to take on.

The event starts around 10:00 and start kits can be collected from 09:30 at Lidavägen 1. Your bib number and start time are emailed four to five days before race day. Collect your kit at least 30 to 60 minutes before your start and bring valid ID.

By public transport, take commuter train 36 towards Södertälje C to Tullinge Södra and then bus 721 to Lida Friluftsgård. Participants and spectators can park for free about 1 km from the event area. There are no changing rooms on site, so arrive ready to race.

On Livebib, a participant can choose to share their own live position from the phone they carry, so friends and family can follow along on the map. This is not the organiser's timing, and the official results come from Toughest.
