Ten kilometres on closed roads and footpaths through Jessheim. From Kanalveien the course passes the stadium’s parking entrance after about 200 metres and the roundabout by Rema 1000 after about 900, then follows a footpath with large fixed stone blocks on its left side. Before four kilometres the field comes back past the parking entrance, and at about five kilometres the 10 km runs a lap near the stadium. That is where the course’s one drink station stands, with water and sports drink; there is more of both at the finish.

It is a race for running fast. The organiser bans headphones, warns that doping controls may take place, and asks elite runners and anyone chasing a prize or record to follow World Athletics shoe rules. Every finisher gets a participant medal. This page is about the 2026 edition of the 10 km.

The halfway lap is the moment supporters in the stand see their runner for the first time, and the finish is the second. Between them, a Livebib broadcast shared by the runner shows where they are on the course line, how far they have come and a finish estimate that updates as the race goes. It opens in a browser, with no account and no app, and only the people the runner sends the link to can see it.
