ASUMI 40k

Forty kilometres with 1,445 metres of ascent on the lake-side and forest trails at the northern foot of the mountain, finishing in Fujikawaguchiko with the rest of the event. It is the race that opens Mt. FUJI 100 to runners who are not yet ready for a night out, and it still gives them the view, the volcanic ground and the same finish arch.

Because it runs in a single day, it is also the easiest of the three to spectate — provided you know when the runner is coming. This page is the 2026 edition of ASUMI.
