A night race through Stockholm’s southern inner city, from Ringvägen to the finish on Hornsgatan.
Midnattsloppet turns Södermalm into a vibrant running carnival after dark. The Stockholm classic sets off by Ringvägen and Zinkensdamm, winding through illuminated streets, pulsing samba rhythms and torchlit avenues before culminating on Hornsgatan across 5, 10 and 21-kilometre courses.
The defining test comes at Sofia Kyrkbacke, climbing 46 metres to the course high point beside Sofia Church amidst a roar of cheering spectators.
