Magra Terränglopp 4,5 km

Magra Terränglopp 4,5 km

The course runs Magra–Gröndalen–Magra, on the same kind of ground as the longer distances: trail, forest road and gravel road, marked with tape and signs at the junctions. It goes off on the same 10:00 gun as the 9.5 and 15 km but takes its own way out toward Gröndalen and has no control, since drinks come only after 6.8 km on the longer courses.

This is the distance priced for families: 100 SEK per person or 250 SEK for a family, and no late-entry surcharge on race day. Every finisher gets a medal, and afterwards Magra IS serves hot dogs, a drink, coffee and a bun; showers and a sauna are in the club house at the sports ground. This page covers Magra Terränglopp 4.5 km 2026.

For a family where one person runs fifteen and another four and a half, the morning is easy to lose track of. With Livebib, the runner shares a link to their own broadcast, and those waiting open it in a browser with no account and no app: the position on the course line toward Gröndalen, the distance so far and a finish estimate that updates during the race. When the phone loses signal, the position is carried forward along the course and marked as estimated. The runner decides who gets the link.
