Lerkilsloppet 5 km

Five kilometres is Lerkilsloppet’s most used distance. It is run by adults over 15, by children aged 12–15 in their own class, and by the dog class, where the dog runs with an adult or with a child from age 14. The organiser, F2015 Lerkils IF, describes the day as a running day in scenic Lerkil for children and adults, but has not published a course description or elevation profile.

Results are posted per start group with the organiser’s timing on RaceID, so adults, young runners and dog teams each have their own list even though the distance is the same. This page covers the adult Lerkilsloppet 5 km in 2026.

For anyone running with a dog, or with a child out on the same course, the question at the sports ground is often simply: where are they now?
