Free technique skiing at Ånnaboda

Kilsbergsloppet is a cross country ski race run by Garphyttans IF Skidor at Ånnaboda in Sweden.

Kilsbergsloppet is the cross country ski race that Garphyttans IF Skidor runs at Ånnaboda, near the club's own hut. The 2027 edition is on 30 January and is skied in free technique. Entry is through the Swedish Ski Association's competition calendar, SSF TA, and the club publishes the invitation, the PM, course maps, start lists and results on its race page as they become ready.

The race is held on the artificial snow trail at Ånnaboda, with the start area beside Garphyttans IF's club hut. The organiser publishes a separate course map for each class, so participants can see their own loop before the day.

The classes are built around age groups, from young children to adults. The 10 km course is for the older junior and adult classes, the 5 km course for the younger teenagers and the motion class, 2.5 km for ages 11 to 12 and 1.5 km for ages 9 to 10. Each participant starts individually.

For those who come to watch, there is parking next to the race area and the club usually sells simple fika on site, with First Camp Ånnaboda's bistro and café close by. Start lists are posted on the board by the club hut and on the club's website. Family and friends following from home can also use Livebib: a participant can choose to share their own live position from their phone. This is not the organiser's timing, and the official results come from Garphyttans IF Skidor.
