Häv & Gräv Vikbovändan is a running and cycling event on Vikbolandet, starting and finishing in Östra Husby in Östergötland.

Häv & Gräv Vikbovändan is a summer event on Vikbolandet in Östergötland, with start and finish at Ica Supermarket Östra Husby. What sets it apart is the food along the way. Energy stations at local farms and partners serve samples of what they produce, and people who are not in a hurry can visit production and shops. Every pre-registered participant gets a folding cup to carry, since the organiser does not use disposable cups.

The main course measures about 45 km whatever the class, and the organiser notes that it has not been officially measured. The ground is half gravel and half asphalt, with a few shorter stretches along the edge of farmland. Stations come roughly every 5 kilometres, all with water.

There are three classes on the main course. The running class and the cycling class are timed, and helmets are required for cyclists. In the duo class two people share one bike, swap as often as they like and stay within 100 m of each other the whole way. Children up to 12 years can choose a forest trail run of about 700 m or about 1400 m.

On 7 August 2027 the running and duo classes start at 11:30 and cycling at 12:30, so supporters at Östra Husby can see the field leave and return. A person taking part can choose to share their own live position on Livebib from their phone, so family can follow from home. This is not the organiser's timing, and official results come from the organiser.
