Rock'Voizine

The organiser gives 50.5 kilometres and 1,834 metres of climb for 500 runners in the long-trail category. Runners reach the start by shuttle on the Friday morning, at 04:40 for the first wave and 05:00 for the second. The three full aid stations each carry a barrier: La Bresse at km 16.5 by 08:45, Longuiers at km 24.1 by 10:35 and Lauglanou at km 42.7 by 14:35.

Bibs are collected at the Salon du Trail on Thursday 15 October. Finishers receive a HOKA gilet, a dated medal and a Causses buffet in a traditional barn at the finish. Saint-André-de-Vézines is also a full aid station on the Grand Trail, the Endurance Trail and the Intégrale, so its runners start where many of the weekend’s longer races come through.

From a start deep on the Causse Noir to a finish in Millau, supporters cannot simply wait at one spot. A runner who shares their Livebib broadcast lets family see the position on the course, the distance covered and a finish estimate that updates as the race goes, in a browser with no app. If the signal drops on the plateau, the position is carried forward and marked as estimated.

This distance

Rock'Voizine

The Rock’Voizine is the festival’s third crossing, after the Intégrale des Causses and the Marathon du Larzac: an integral of the Causse Noir from Saint-André-de-Vézines, a village that has hosted the Templiers for sixteen years. The organiser calls it relatively accessible, with a profile a little gentler than the other Templiers distances.

Three sites set its course: Montméjean with the cliffs of the Rajol and Roquesaltes, the cliffs of the Caoussou, and the cliffs of La Boffi with the well-known Boîte aux Lettres. Between them, forest tracks link Montplo, Le Maubert, Longuiers, Le Monna and Lauglanou, and the last descent into Millau is the one from Carbassas.
