TUI Cyprus Marathon, live.

From Aphrodite's Rock to the harbour of Pafos

The TUI Cyprus Marathon is a winter road running weekend in the Pafos region of western Cyprus, first held in 1999.

The TUI Cyprus Marathon 2027 is on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 February 2027 in Pafos. The event was first held in 1999. The weekend has a marathon of 42.195 km, a half marathon of 21.089 km, a 10 km road race, a 5 km Sunset Run and a 4 km Wine Run.

The marathon starts on Sunday at 07:00 at Aphrodite's Rock, Petra tou Romiou, the place linked in legend with the birth of Aphrodite. From there the route follows coastal roads through the landscape of the region towards Pafos and its historic harbour, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The half marathon starts at 08:00 and the 10 km at 08:20.

The 5 km Sunset Run is on Saturday at 16:00 from Pafos Castle, a short and easy way to take part for people travelling with a marathoner. The overall winners ceremony for the marathon, half and 10 km is on Sunday at 10:30.

The marathon suits people who want a winter marathon by the sea, while the shorter races are an easy way into the weekend. In Pafos, the castle is where the Saturday race starts, and the harbour lies on the marathon route.

On Livebib you can follow a participant who chooses to share their own live position from the phone they carry. This is not the organiser's timing, and official results come from the organiser.
