Vista Mountain Damer Elit/Junior/D30

These classes race five laps of the long course, 3.9 km each, 19.5 km in all, with the start loop added to the first lap. The long lap carries an extra descent followed by a climb, and the trails run through ravine-rich deciduous forest that the organiser describes as free of rocky sections. The technical and feed zone is passed once every lap.

Start group 6 is shared: the older women’s and senior classes race four laps and girls 15–16 and 13–14 race four and three, all from the same 13:00 start, so the course is busy from the gun. Riders are seeded on the Västgötacupen standings from the previous race weekend and check in ten minutes before the start. The maxi-start classes race for prize money of 1,000, 750 and 500 kronor, paid to the club, and the group’s prize-giving is at about 14:20.

This page covers the 2026 edition. In a mixed start group, a rider’s lap count is hard to read from the roadside at Tulleboring. On Livebib the rider shares a link to their broadcast, and family open it in a browser, with no app or account, to see the position on the lap, the distance covered and a finish estimate that updates as the race goes. Where the signal fades in the ravines, the position is carried forward and marked as estimated.
