Lerkilsloppet 10 km

Lerkilsloppet 10 km

Ten kilometres is the day’s longest distance and is open to adults over 15. It runs on the same day as the 5 km, the dog class and the children’s races, and both adult distances start and finish at Ängås IP. The organiser, F2015 Lerkils IF, describes the race as a running day in scenic Lerkil but has not published a course description, lap count or elevation profile, so that is a question for them before the start.

Results for the 10 km are posted with the organiser’s timing on RaceID, separately from the 5 km and the children’s classes. Anyone who wants to compare themselves with the rest of the class finds the list there after the race. This page covers Lerkilsloppet 10 km 2026.

Over ten kilometres the family at the sports ground has plenty of time to wonder. With Livebib, the runner shares a link to their own broadcast, and those waiting open it in a browser with no account and no app: the position on the course line, the distance so far and a finish estimate that updates during the race, so they know when to walk over to the finish. If the phone loses signal, the position is carried forward along the course and marked as estimated instead of freezing. The runner decides who gets the link.
