Julita Duathlon – RM och motion

The course is the same as the championship race: three laps of about 1.7 km on the gravel paths of the estate park, 30 km on the bike round Lake Öljaren with around 200 m of climbing through farmland and small villages and a fast finish on road 214, and then three park laps to the line in front of Stora huset. The roads are not closed, two stop signs apply to everyone, and drafting is banned, with at least twelve metres between front wheels.

Age-group athletes race for the national age-group title (RM) and need a triathlon licence; the motion class needs none. Entrants must turn 18 during 2026, the fee is 800 SEK, and a short mandatory briefing is held on site on race day. Showers are at the hostel on the estate, and age-group prizes are given at 18:00. Anyone standing by the park sees the start and the last laps, but not the thirty kilometres in between. With Livebib, the athlete shares a link to their broadcast; family open it in a browser with no account and no app and see the position on the course line round Öljaren, the distance so far and a finish estimate that updates during the race. When the phone loses signal, the position is carried forward along the course and marked as estimated instead of freezing. The athlete decides who gets the link.
