The short course leaves the others early. At Balići, Intersection A, km 55.5, Istria135 turns off while the two longer courses continue; its cut-off there is 10:00, half an hour later than theirs. From there it reaches Brhaji, Intersection C, at km 88, which closes at 14:45, and Katun Trviški at km 99 by 15:30. A rider behind those times rides on in open traffic. The finish in Poreč closes at 19:05, the same as for the longer courses, which leaves the short course the most generous margin of the day.

The organiser’s feed-zone table lists Svetvinčenat at km 44 and Žminj at km 69.5 on this course. Istria135 is also the course long-course riders are redirected onto if they reach Balići after 09:30, so the group on it is not only those who planned to ride it.
