The same forest track between Sälen and Mora that the skiers use in March, ridden in summer by twelve thousand people.

Cykelvasan is Sweden’s largest mountain bike race and the summer half of the Vasaloppet family. The 90 follows the historic Vasaloppet route from Sälen to Mora through Mångsbodarna, Evertsberg, Oxberg and Hökberg — gravel, forest road and singletrack — and in 2026 it was shortened from 95 to 92 kilometres, with more of the distance on the classic ski trail itself. Cykelvasan 45 and Cykelvasan 30 start from Oxberg on the Friday and finish on the same street in Mora.

The 90 goes off in three waves: the women’s competition class at eight, the men’s at nine and the recreational class a quarter of an hour later, which means the field is on the track for most of the day.
