This page covers the 2026 10 km road race. It started twenty minutes after the marathon, from a start line the organiser places about 500 metres from the marathon start; the finish is in Tikkurila Sports Park in front of the race office, the same as for the longer races. There are men’s and women’s classes.

The 10 km is run on Tikkurila’s streets the same morning as the marathon, the relay and the 5 km, so runners of several distances are out at once. The organiser publishes one course map for the event rather than one per distance. The organiser calls the course fast, and in 2026 it was adjusted slightly around the Vantaa light-rail works.

A 10 km runner is often across the line before supporters have found a good spot.
