Forty-two kilometres through the inner city, around Gamla Stan and across the climbs that give Stockholm its character.

Stockholm Marathon covers the official 42.195 kilometres through the capital. The course circles Gamla Stan, runs through Södermalm and SoFo and follows Norr Mälarstrand, with demanding sections such as Katarinavägen, Hornsgatan and Västerbron shaping the middle of the race.
