Fjällmaraton Sälen by EQPE is a mountain trail event starting and finishing at Experium in Lindvallen, Sälen.

Fjällmaraton Sälen by EQPE is a trail event in the mountains around Lindvallen, organised by Malungs OK Skogsmårdarna. The organiser calls it a trail adventure for the whole family, and on the Friday before, children up to 12 years old run for free in Barnens Fjällmaraton. The 2027 edition is on Saturday 7 August.

All distances start at Experium in Lindvallen with a short, flat section through cabin areas before the climb towards Apotekarstugan. The organiser describes varied ground on the bare mountain, through the cabin villages, along hiking trails and gravel roads, with boardwalks in places. The 42 km route follows the first part of Södra Kungsleden to Östfjället, then crosses Storfjället, Mellanfjället and Hemfjället before winding trails lead down to the finish at Experium. The organiser notes that the trails on the open fell are partly stony and can be slippery.

There are three distances: 42 km, 21 km and 10 km, each with classes for women and men. The 21 km route climbs over Storfjället and Hemfjället, while the 10 km heads across the fell towards Stensjön. Each distance starts in several groups based on expected finishing time.

Supporters gather at the arena on Experiumtorget, where the finish and the After Run are held. A participant can choose to share their own live position on Livebib from their phone, so family and friends can follow from home. This is not the organiser's timing, and official results come from the organiser.
